It is possible that your phone or tablet is already paired to something else. Maybe you had your phone paired to a car stereo, or a speaker in another room of your house.

– Turn Bluetooth OFF and then ON again right from your device (i.e. phone).
– “Forget” your Bluetooth device and redo pairing.

This will reset any existing Bluetooth connections, allowing you to reconnect to your speaker. You may also need to do pairing process again.

Minimize interference

Just like your Wi-Fi, cellphone, and other wireless signals, Bluetooth range and performance can vary depending a number of factors. All smartphones and tablets aren’t created equal, so be aware that the following can have varying influence on your Bluetooth connection quality –

Walls

If your phone is in your pocket and you’re moving between rooms in your home, Bluetooth distance is reduced significantly. Try to keep your device in the same room as your Bluetooth speaker for optimal performance.

People

Your body makes a better door than a window. In fact, the human body is one of the worst offenders when it comes to blocking Bluetooth signals (as are all “watery” objects). If you are in between your device and your Bluetooth speaker (like if your phone was in your back pocket), it may affect performance.

Other wireless signals

If you have a lot of devices fighting for wireless airspace in your home, they can interfere with each other. If there is no other interference (your device and speaker are in the same room with no obstructions) and you’re still experiencing issues, make sure that any other Bluetooth devices or peripherals you have in close proximity are disabled.

Wifi & Multiroom

Most frequent questions and answers about Wifi & Multiroom

If your preset doesn’t work as normal after a firmware update, perform a factory reset on your speaker and the presets should start to work again.

Airplay 2 and Google cast are not supported in current speaker-lineup.
It requires different hardware so it cannot be updated with firmware.
There will come new modells with this feature during 2020.

If sound is out of sync:

  • If you have a C5 or C10 check Input-switch on the back of your speaker so it’s on right mode. (Input-Play to have sync with source & Wifi-Play to have sync with speaker group)
  • Other models has this as auto-detection.
  • Our multiroom system is built for music-streaming. When you group two or more speakers the “master” will loose sync with source to be able to make the sync between speakers in group, so it’s not possible to re-stream Tv/video-sound to a group with sync.

1.Check the volume on both speaker and phone. If there is no volume turned up on the speaker it does not matter how high volume you have on your phone, there will still not be sound.

2.“Remove” the speaker in your paired Bluetooth units and pair from start again. (Please note that you need to remove the device completely, not only disconnect)

Press a clip through the small hole on the back of the remote and the front will pop up. Then you can change the battery.

Have you moved the speaker? Try to place it close to the router. As wifi networks can be affected by other networks, your network performance may change if for example your neighbours have new routers or other devices which affect your routers performance.

The performance of your Audio Pro connected speakers/units are dependant on the performance of your wifi network. By its nature, wireless LAN may experience interference depending on environmental conditions. Depending on the wireless router used, some network operations may perform differently.

The performance of your Audio Pro connected speakers are dependant on the performance of your wifi network. By its nature, wireless LAN may experience interference depending on environmental conditions. Depending on the wireless router used, some network operations may perform differently.

– A good router is strongly recommended. Music is more demanding than data.
– The distance between router and speakers affect the wifi performance.
– Obstacles like walls/floors affect the wifi performance.
– Other wireless devices can affect the wifi performance.

You can have up to 32 speakers/devices in a single network.
Note that performance may be affected the more speakers you add.

Our recommendation is that you have maximum 5 speakers in a group.

Yes you can!

The speakers C5 and C10 have 3.5mm and RCA sound inputs to connect other audio gear. A turntable/CD-player can be connected to a C5/C10 speaker and then played wirelessly to other speakers in your system.

The Audio Pro connected wifi system only uses the 2.4GHz band. Most routers have both 2.4GHz and 5.8GHz bands. Your phone/tablet must be connected to the network using the 2.4GHz band to perform the setup for a speaker. You can only connect the spekaer to thesame wifi network to which your phone/tablet is connected to.

The 2.4GHZ band has a longer range than the 5.8GHz band. This is why our speakers only use the 2.4GHz band.

1. In the app, in My Speakers list view, push the speaker icon with a + in upper right corner.
2. Follow instructions in app.

Always perform setup with speaker close to your router! You can later place it where you want, and check its wifi connection strength to the router in the app.
